A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users' personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share, under any circumstances, your profile with other third parties.

Payments Required to Secure a Reservation
A 25% deposit is due to hold booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival except for Holiday bookings*. Uniqe Vacations Inc. reserves the right to cancel booking if full payment is not received according to above schedule.

Full and Final Payment
Full and final payment on all bookings is required prior to arrival at the hotel 60 days prior to arrival.

Unique Travel Corp reserves the right to cancel any booking and to release air and/or hotel reservations relating to such booking for which full payment has not been received based on the above schedules. Bookings made within the full and final payment dates must be paid in full when booking Certain airline fares may also require full payment at the time of booking and may be non refundable.

Cancellation
A 25% penalty will apply if booking is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival. A 50% penalty will apply if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival and a 100% penalty will apply if cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival. In the even of a cancellation, any deposits or payments made can be applied towards a future booking if made within one calendar year of cancellation.
