Unique Vacations, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on Sandals.com and Beaches.com. Unique Vacations, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Brochure Request and Booking Engine

We request information from the user on our brochure request form and in our booking engine. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users' personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share, under any circumstances, your profile with other third parties.

Cookies

Payments Required to Secure a Reservation

A minimum deposit of $200 per person plus airfare (if reserved through Unique Vacations) is due when booking to secure a reservation.

Full and Final Payment

Full and final payment on all bookings is required prior to arrival at the hotel according to the following:

For arrivals April 16 - December 20 - 21 days prior to arrival

For arrivals December 21 - January 3 - 60 days prior to arrival

For arrivals January 4 - April 15 - 45 days prior to arrival

Unique Vacations Inc. reserves the right to cancel any booking and to release air and/or hotel reservations relating to such booking for which full payment has not been received based on the above schedules. Bookings made within the full and final payment dates must be paid in full when booking Certain airline fares may also require full payment at the time of booking and may be non refundable.

Cancellation Charges

If notice of cancellation is given to the Owner prior to three months before the commencement of the rental, the Owner will reimburse to the Client one-half of the Deposit ("Deposit" is defined as 50% of the entire rental price). Should the Owner rent the cottage to another client for the same Period of Rental and at the same price, the Owner will refund to the Client the remaining one-half of the Deposit less an administration fee of US$300. If notice of cancellation is given less than three months before the commencement of the rental, the Owner will reimburse to the Client any monies paid above the Deposit ("Deposit" is defined as 50% of the entire rental price).
