At Fowl Cay all-inclusive resort in Exuma you don't have to worry about carrying your credit card around. Everything is included in the price of your oceanfront villa. From the fully stocked fridge and cupboards at your villa, to all the meals, premium alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at the Hill House restaurant.
The best part? Each villa comes with its own private powerboat.
Your own private powerboat
Only at Fowl Cay's private island resort in The Bahamas you get your own private powerboat* to explore Exuma's Cays. Each villa will be assigned a 17 or 18 ft. powerboat with unlimited fuel, included in the booking price. Our staff will give you a thorough boat orientation to ensure you are comfortable driving the boat and we also provide you with charts and compasses.

All meals, snacks and drinks
Everything you eat and drink while at Fowl Cay is included in the price. All the food and beverages stocked in your villa, in addition to lunch, dinner and drinks at the Hill House restaurant are all included in the booking price. This included premium brand alcoholic drinks.
The cupboards and fridge at your private villa will be restocked at no extra charge. Out on your own private powerboat? We'll be happy to pack you a gourmet picnic.

Professional fishing gear
Whether you want to trawl in your boat through the many ocean cuts looking for grouper, or whether you want to hire a guide (at additional cost) to go out into deeper water for Tuna and Mahi-Mahi, we have plenty of rods, reels, line, weights, and lures to help you catch your own dinner, which our chef can then cook up for you however you like!

Exclusive beaches and beach toys
Relax at one of Fowl Cay's exclusive palm-fringed beaches. Read a book and sip on a cocktail while enjoying Exuma's calm turquoise waters. Island living doesn't get much better than this!
Prefer to be on the water around the cay? From two-person kayaks to Hobie Cat sailboats and stand-up paddle boards, Fowl Cay has it all so you can pack less and enjoy more.​
Snorkel and water sports gear
Masks, snorkels and fins... it's all included. Fowl Cay offers a full range of sizes, from the smallest kids feet (3 yrs old) to the biggest grown-up feet (size 13).
At the beginning of your stay the staff will provide you with individual mesh bags to carry around the personal water sports items of your choice. We also have life jackets for water sports and floats for kids or for those who are not strong swimmers.

The staff at Fowl Cay's all-inclusive resort is happy to provide you with the water sports gear you'll need for the day, including: knee boards, wake boards, water skis (slalom and two skis)​, and giant tubes.
Fresh water pool
What a view! The fresh water pool is where you'll be able to relax while on the island. Watch the boats sail by while sipping on a Piña Colada.
Tennis court and equipment
Bring your tennis game but leave your big racquets at home. In the middle of the island it's a perfect activity for when you need a break from the beach.

Please note the following limitations for each boat per villa: 17’ vessel – 4 persons maximum or 500lb for all passengers, 18’ vessel – 6 persons maximum or 850lb for all passengers. Due to safety reasons, should the cumulative weight of the guests exceed the maximum safety capacity then guests are welcome to hire an additional boat from a local vendor.”
